Data Deletion Instructions

Illamab Global Services Limited (“Illamab”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your right to request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

1. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal information, email info@illamab.com using the subject Data Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant records, such as:

  • Your name.
  • The email address or telephone number used to contact Illamab.
  • The service or platform you used, such as our website, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram.
  • A brief description of the information you would like deleted.

2. Identity Verification

For security and privacy reasons, we may need to verify that the person requesting deletion is the person to whom the information relates. We will only request information reasonably necessary to verify the request.

3. Information That May Be Deleted

Depending on the circumstances, deletion may include:

  • Website enquiry information.
  • Contact details.
  • Marketing records.
  • Messages or enquiry records stored by Illamab.
  • Information associated with social-media or messaging integrations.
  • Technical or customer-support information that is no longer required.
  • Other personal information that we are not legally required to retain.

4. Information We May Need to Retain

Certain records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business, contractual, regulatory or legal purposes, including:

  • Accounting and tax records.
  • Payment and transaction records.
  • Active warranty records.
  • Ongoing contracts or projects.
  • Legal claims or dispute records.
  • Records required by regulators or other applicable law.
  • Information necessary to prevent fraud, abuse or security incidents.

Where information must be retained, we will limit its use to the purpose for which retention is required.

5. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Meta Services

If you interacted with Illamab through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or another Meta service and would like information held by Illamab to be deleted, you may submit a request using the procedure above.

If information is held directly by Meta rather than Illamab, you may also need to manage or delete that information through your Meta account and privacy settings. Deleting information held by Illamab does not automatically delete information independently stored by third-party platforms.

6. Processing Your Request

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will review it, verify your identity where necessary and delete or anonymise eligible personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

We will inform you if any information cannot be deleted and explain the applicable reason where appropriate.
